I got a quart of it at a local body shop supply house.
You gotta paint it afterwards, but it does use acid etching to change the
iron oxide into something a little less harmful.

Ok, before I put my seats back in, the bottom of the tracks has a little
rust on them. I know I've heard others talk about some rust paint, that
supposedly turns rust back into metal, or something like that. What's
the name, and how good is it?
