Throw-out bearing?

I think that is what it is called, or may be release bearing??? Any how I
would like to change the bearing on the trans. I have the replacement but
don't know how to get the old bearing out. Are there pins or something
holding it in? If so how do I get them out to replace the bearing??

FYI This is a 1963 MK1 Transmission.
