My brakes are a little soft too, for the first couple of pumps...then
they ok...
i've lookcked for a leak, and bleed them, but still the same.....
as faras the clicking........did you wipe a little lube at the contact
points,
between the backing plate and the shoe???? Maybe one of the springs
isn't
snapped all the way into position
