Dash warning lights

On the later model Spitfires, there were 2, 3 and 4 warning lights in the
centre dash piece.

1) If it had 2 warning lights (FASTEN BELTS & BRAKE) which was which?

2) If it had 3 was the centre one an EGR light?

3) If it had 4 what was the fourth light and the arrangement?

Can't find any pics on the Web that show these clearly.
Any help would be appreciated.
