Jeff-
When I was ready to have my car painted, I found the same thing you have.  I
couldn't find a body shop that was interested.  You might try calling an
automotive paint supply store.  They are familiar with the body men in your
area and probably have a feel for who does restoration work, who is good,
etc.  They will probably know of some home garage body men who do great work
on the side, if your interested.
