Wasn't there some speculation about dropping a Rover V8 into a Spitfire? Today I got the latest edition of the Moss Motoring magazine/catalog...and what do I see on page 22 is the streeeetched '64 Spitfire of Moss employee Bill Hopper. Interesting that the top speed of 125 MPH is 'estimated'. Has anyone seen this car in the flesh?
