Jeff,
When I took my Spitfire in last year, I took off all the lights, chrome and
bumpers ( I let them do the windshield). I used a car dolly to pull it down to
the shop. It is about 3 miles from the house. I kept debating trying to drive
it down, but decided against it. The shop paid to have it delivered after it
was painted so I could put trim on it.
