Hi Jeff,
I'm on my way out the door to photograph a wedding.  Quickly, there are 
square-headed screws on the underside of the cover that determine the length 
of travel for each rail and rail position that determine gear positions.  If 
you still have your old cover, make sure the adjustments are the same, i.e., 
length of travel the same. Back tonight.  Good luck.
