Must be the taxes. Just filled up today in Central New York: 87 octane is
$1.45, 89 octane is $1.49, and 93 octane (which my 2000 Galant V6 requires,
for some strange reason) is a bargain at $1.57 a gallon. Sounds like we New
Yorkers have it made compared to those Californians, though.

1.48, this is Exxon, Shell across the street was the same prices. Off brands
are about .08 per gallon less.
