Hi Ron
First our test costs us £30ish. Second my 1300 Toledo with 1500 carbs
(freshly rebuilt, jetted for 1500) passed it's test with CO 1.5% I had to
richen it up a bit to avoid holes in pistons. Any way think of the pollution
to make one of those nice clean cars. Good luck with the test.
