    I didn't have my Spit at the event, as it was not yet road-worthy at the
time.
    As for the parade lap around the track, I have been told that it is
always a slow, clutch-burning affair.  I have a friend with several cars
that have been featured in the parade lap and he says he won't take his cars
out anymore because it does nothing but damage to the car and give you a
sunburn sitting still on the backstrait.
