Hey Jeff
Had a similar problem with the bolts into the front oul pan. i
used a tap and a T-handle and rethreaded it out to a metric because it
is just slightly larger. Large enough to catch into new metal -
aluminum in that area - withoug being extra large as the next size up
Imperial bolt would be.
Tighten the bolt CAREFULLY, I disregarded the torque wrench
settings on that one and its holding for 6 months so far.
