My company's VP, last week got the new 2000 Jaguar XKR (supercharged V8).
(In a deep green w/off-white leather interior).
370 bhp, 18" wheels, all speed traction control, rain sensing windshield
wipers (?).
Not bad. ($80,000 price tag)
Rumor has it, he got tired of me parking my spitfire next to his anniversary
issue Miata (which I did with every opportunity I had. I'd even go outside
in the middle of the day to move my car next to his, if the space became
available.)
The miata was used as a trade in.
