Chris,
I have been touch with Quaife and they list a Differential for Spitfire,
GT6, TR7, Herald and Marina for 450 British Pounds plus shipping.  That
is pretty steep but a darn site better than through the US distributors
(1200 bucks).

Jari Tabell from Finland uses one in his Vintage Racer and he says great
things about it.
