Hi David, that stuff is not oil, it's break fluid. You should clean it
up right away or else it will eat through your paint. As to the clutch
master cylinder, you will have to open your bonnet and lift the rubber
boot on the master cylinder to confirm that if it is leaking. It could
be a loose connection between the pipe and master cylinder or your cover
has come off. To change the seals are pretty easy, but you have to check
the bore for any pitting or else a new seal kit won't do much good.
