at 28 the women who finally tied me down... was a 5'11", long blonde hair she
could sit on,
128 lb, country girl, gourmet cook,... who's '78 Spitfire had dropped it's tail
pipe
over a speed bump on the way to the party where we met.
The thing that flipped me out the most about her... is all she initially wanted
from me
was a wrench and a coat hanger. She kept that Spit from new in '78 til 93 and
racked up
137K miles on it. No one worked on it except her! I wasn't allowed to touch it
even though I was
by then driving one of the last '80 Spits (Cal. spec. sent back to the east
coast)
sold east of the Missisippi in April of '81.
