This would have been found on 1969 U.S. versions of the Spitfire. It's a
modification of an old Dodge Dart wheel cover -- much as the earlier
Herald/Spitfire optional "Air-Flow" wheel covers were a variant of an
early 1960s Plymouth Valiant wheel cover.
