>From what I understand about these carbs is there has to be an opening to
the atmosphere if it is blocked the gasoline flows in under pressure from
being pumped by the fuel pump and this will force the gas up the jet
assembly. hence little fuel in the float bowl and gas is flowing out the
carb body (throttle body not, throttle bodys are fuel injector parts)
