I can remember when TRF charged the actual shipping costs, rather than having
a
schedule based on order value. It was a real pain if you paid by check or MO
since
you would have to estimate the shipping costs and then TRF would make a refund
or additional charge based on the actual costs. If I recall correctly, they
changed
their policy because their customer base insisted.
My personal opinion is that TRF (and most of the other supplier that I have
dealt)
really try to be accomodating. Small sized orders from ANY mailing house,
auto
parts or whatever, generally don't make financial sense. I usually hold off
until
something big and expensive breaks and combine the orders. Generally I don't
have to wait very long. :)
