Remove the exhaust manifold from the head. Also remove all exhaust
hangers, This will make the entire thing disconnected from the motor. You
should have more room now to undo the bolt.
Also I think Snap-On makes a type of ratchet that has no slack at all. Any
movement at all of the ratchet moves the socket. My dad once had one, I
don't know where it is now.
You could also try a air or electric powered ratchet. If you can fit one
of those, you don't need to move it. Just press the button!
