I just made it back from the car show and wanted to tell you guys that I
was very impressed with it. Not that I'm a connoisseur of car shows,
but it was so much better than it was two years ago and had some
really nice cars there.
About six or so spits, none that were outstanding, but two were very
nice. A nearly perfect GT6, my first personal view of one. Quite a few
healeys and a load of MGBs. Four or so E-type jags, 6 or so MGAs, and
many many other cars. My favorite this year was the Astin Martin that
appeared in the Bond flick recently. Haven't seen the movie (don't care
to) but the car was gorgeous.
Any way, just wanted to share for anyone thinking about going next
year. I decided to spend my day with my girls back home, rather than at
the judging field, so I didn't enter my car.
