Rick,
First, double check the float setting, then check the enrichment valve. I
disassembled my Weber several times to clean it out and check the float
without ever touching the enrichment valve. The accelerator pump feeds this
valve and I finally had to take it out to clean it when it caused the carb
to flood at idle. It sounds strange, but give it a try.
