Fantom Wires

As I posted the other day, I know wires but I don't know much more than
that!
I just sell-em...

Question,
The harness coming out of the firewall just beneath the Master cylinders has
two wires with a push in type connector on them. One wire is solid green and
the other is green with a red stripe.  The length of these are about six
inches.  What, where and all that stuff ?

I plugged in a volt/ohm meter and they have no power if the ignition is
turned on.
