Sounds like you got a good deal, and hopefully it's representative of what
I'll have to pay for the pieces I ordered.

5 years ago I'd ordered some parts from a vendor in Canada for my Mini.  The
parts showed up quickly (via UPS) and only ran $35, not the $45 or so I was
quoted.  I just wrote it off to currency conversion and didn't think twice
about it.

Then three weeks later I got a badly xeroxed form letter from a company in
Buffalo that purported to have acted as my representative at customs, and
wanted $18 for the privelage.  This was pre-Nafta... don't know how it is
today.
