And while we're thinking about horns....  What's the likely cause of my
horn blowing all on its own, usually while the steering wheel is turned
and sometimes at rather inappropriate moments, like while I'm sitting at
a light behind a large group of bikers.  Is that a relay issue, or do I
have a short in the wiring somewhere along the line?
