Spend the 10 minutes and skinned knuckles and do it from below. It's not that
hard. You may need channelocks to twist on the cylinder while pulling out.
Just remove the vertical pinch bolt and go at it!
Don't tighten the pinch bolt too tight on re-install or the slave may bind up
with the distorted bore.

bleed nipple and it's a snap to bleed...
I've never taken all the interior out unless it was a racecar with no radio or
carpets, dash trim, etc. More stuff to break and much more time spent.
