the one side (the one i had gotten ALL of the spares for) took about 4
hours start to finish, including, the following...
remove all components
disassemble shock towers
sandblast springs, upright braces, lower a-arm, trunion outside
(lighter sand), upright and small bits and bolts that were still
usable (IE not stretched).
prime and paint suspension components (a-arms, upper brackets) black,
springs painted chrysler orange.
install all new bushings and rubber bits
reassemble all components with new nuts and a couple of new aircraft
bolts (appropriatly sized). between two semi sober
mechanics......between beers.....etc...
one also must remember that i either have or obtain any tools i need
to complete a job succesfully..you can never have too many tools
fortunately she didn't want the tools or the lbc...she did get her car
though...
