Rob,
I can't comment on the floor panels, but other parts I have bought from
VB are of excellent quality. All were made in England (some marked with
the Rover name).
When I replaced my battery box, I not only had to remove the entire old
box, but the brace as well. Since it is impossible to get a spot welder
into the area at that stage, I brazed the box in place and it seems to
be holding up fine. Probably a better way of attaching it would be a
MIG welder, though.
