Why would you want to but new struts when the Tokicos are lifetime
warranty?
I think that OEM springs may be softer, but I doubt that you can
get them, except from anyone except, maybe Russ McCoy.
I would replace the Tokicos, if they are bad, maybe get a set of
used springs from a '95, and then get a softer tire. Stay with a
60 series tire in an "R" rating rather than the OEM "V".
I had a set of OEM sized SIRXON4 Sumitomo's from Tire Rack that at
$53+/- each were a good ride and a good value.
