It's an error in the catalogs. NAPA had the wrong listing years ago,
and maybe Autozone and others.

Parts America shows a listing for the front e-brake cable online. I
think that's where I bought from about 2 years ago.
The rear caliper pistons are threaded and have to be turned, not just
pressed back. I believe that the parking brake mechanism turns the
pistons to adjust them, but I've never looked at the diagrams long
enough to understand how they adjust.
