[Shotimes] AC compressor

I need to replace the compressor in my 95 mtx.  www.ackits.com lists a reman'd 
comp w/ clutch for a 3.2L.  Their p/n is 015201CP and
the price is $255.  Is this the correct compressor for my car?  Aren't the 
compressors the same for the atx and mtx?
