My area is about half yours, and.so around $3000.  Similar in cost to
RaceDeck or the peel and stick noted elsewhere in this thread.

I feel like a good epoxy coating would hold up to floor jacks and toolbox
wheels, etc.  I'm not sure about RaceDeck.

The idea of doing it on my own is attractive, but I'm less inclined these
days.
