My iPhone XR will record videos, but I don=E2=80=99t know how long they can b=
e. I just tried or & it recorded for over 6 minutes before I shut it off.=20=
My Nikon DSLR also records video but I have never used that mode.=20
Both are rated as HD & take very good photos, so try what you have, I suspec=
t it will be more than good enough, it can=E2=80=99t hurt.=20
If you need something better, something digital would be best. When/if you n=
eed to move the videos to something newer it won=E2=80=99t degrade during th=
e update like older analog stuff will.=20
