Is it very hot in your garage? If so, is there someplace cooler you can 
store it?

I spray grease/oil stains on concrete (not asphalt) with brake clean or 
pour some lacquer thinner on them then cover with sawdust or kitty 
litter. Let the sawdust or kitty litter soak up the liquid then sweep it 
up and dispose.
