Happily corresponded off-list with Randall many times over the years, about
Triumphs, aircraft, and my electronic questions among other topics. He was a
fellow Purdue grad, I think 1971, though we never knowingly met there as I was
1970 and wasn't in EE. He was from Lafayette and I believe his parents owned a
bar in town in those years, though (somehow) I never visited there either.
Very helpful and friendly. Thank you Randall - you will certainly be missed.
