There are adhesion promoters, the ones I have seen are for autobody use. =
But I have plenty of plastic (conduit, electrical boxes) with regular =
old exterior latex paint on them, and it seems to hold up. I don=E2=80=99=
t know if there is something special about those plastics or not.
