I bought one of those cheap Harbor Freight trailers. Need to install the wheels. I can't get the dust covers off the hubs to bolt on the wheels. If I clamp onto the covers with channel locks I can spin it, but I can't get anything between the lip of the cover and the hub. Is there some trick to this before I punch a hole in them and pry them off? Thanks in advance. Scott |
