Is Harbor Freight welding wire any good? It is considerably cheaper than you
can pick up at Lowe's or Home Depot. Also, when patching the floor in an old
LBC (Sunbeam Alpine), how big a difference will .024 wire make vs. .030? We
didn't work with sheet metal in my welding class, so I will be learning as I
go along. Is the thinner wire more forgiving?
