   Drill an ugly 1/2 hole and expand it with a dremel?

   Cutting torch?

   How clean does it have to be? Are you mounting something that needs a 
3/4" hole but is actually covering a 1" circle?

   The real way to do it is a Greenlee punch, but they are expensive to 
do one job.
