I moved into this house in 1978, it has a heavy wood 16ft. door,
the garage door opener looked to be a few years old when I moved in,
remotes quit working about 10+ years ago, door opener has never not
worked, never even needed repair.
Craftsmen 1/3hp. chain drive, gets used daily.
