Warning signs have always intrigued me  .  .  . "Keep Out"  or "No
Trespassing"  don't hack it,  I toyed with

"BURGLAR ALARM TEST LAB"

"RADIATION DANGER"
    (causes impotence)

But Roger Welsch who's written a jillion books and is into antique tractor
restoration discovered the absolute best:   Gempler's
http://www.gemplers.com stocks a 10" x 12" plastic sign with red and black
letters on a white background for $5.95.  it says:

THESE MONKEYS BITE
AND SCRATCH AND CAN
CAUSE SERIOUS INJURIES!

Welsch says most prowlers read the sign, and then run like 'ell!
