This is a nice general standard of what an engine rebuild should entail.

The AERA home page (http://www.aera.org/) has other stuff, too.

BTW, does anyone know of a generic ``engines'' mailing list?  Just
general powerplant chit-chat is what I'm looking for.  Engine
rebuilders, afficianados, constructors and would-be designers.
