My parents are having a contractor build a two car detached unit next to
their retirement place. The concrete pad goes in first and then decisions
on the building. I'd like to solicit opinions on what you've done in the
way of plan ideas: how much insulation, venting, outlets, outside access,
windows, chain/screw drive door, etc.
They already have a workshop, so this is primarily for cars and extra
storage, though anything that makes for convenience is nice.
