Like you, I gave up on DieHard batteries several years ago. I think
Interstates are as good as any regular battery; however, everything I
build and run for myself now contains an Optima. Expensive @ $130+/-,
but a fantastic battery. And it is neat in that you can mount it
sideways, upside down, it doesn't care. And seems to last forever.
Never made me walk yet.
