brake fluid?

I am working on a car that had brake fluid seep into a firewall seam.
Although three years after repaint, the brake fluid appears to be
creaping out of the seam and lifting the paint. No kidding. No master
cylinders ther during the last three years!!

Amyone have an idea for neutralizing?
