Mr.Boicey,
We're building a new house, and are going to use a neat product on the
floors, including the garage. It's called "Kemiko" and it's a concrete
stain. Produces a kind of old, mottled look. Comes in several colors,
mostly browns, a blue, and a green. We've seen it in a few other high
end homes in our area ($700,000+). We are planning on using it on all
our downstairs floors, patios, and the four car garage. The nice part
is, it costs around $45/gallon, covering 400 square feet. You apply a
wax on top of it. Holds up very well, better than commonly used garage
paints. Looks infinitely better... It's a little hard to find, check
with contractors locally, or I can turn you on to the distributor. Ed
