[oletrucks] Replacement VIN or Data Plate

My 1953 Chevy 3100 came as a 'kit'. That is, totally disassembled and in
boxes. The PO had media-blasted the cab and then painted it w/ primer. The
Data Plate or VIN plate (I'm not sure what it is called) was ruined. Does
anyone know if there is a source for these? I can re-stamp the codes, but my
plate is totally blank and the numbers are gone.  Any suggestions?
