[oletrucks] rear end axle codes

Hi guys and gals,
   Anybody got a way to decipher axle code AHC 6230 1   the number was 
found stamped on the axle tube on the passenger side.  It has the spring 
pads that look to be from a late 60's or early 70's truck, can't seem to 
find the code in any my material..     --wayne
