[oletrucks] BillyBob Update - Chassis Detailing and a Tuneup

A new Work-in-Progress log entry "Status Quo" has been posted. About
half-way through the chassis phase of this detailing cycle. Also performed a
tuneup on BillyBob. I know it's not much but I'd rather report some limited
progress to BillyBob's fans than let too long an interval pass with no
reports at all.
