[oletrucks] 235 same as 250?

Hello group,
can anybody tell me if a 235 six cylinder chevy engine(1954) is the same as  
a 250 six cylinder engine (1970) as far as the block dimensions and  motor 
mounts. I want to replace my 235 engine in my 1950 P.U. with the 250 if  it's 
not 
a lot of trouble.
